The BEST. I've been with several hosting companies and 247-host.com are the best for me. Extra cheap reselling and the server was only ever down once in ten months for about 40 minutes. Great hosts, superb prices!

Its a while that I choose 247, little more than a year ago for personal website. The decision to join them on recommendations of one of my friends turned out to be right. I have 3 sites hosted with 247 hosts, including personal and business.

247-host in not only one of the most affordable web host I could find, but their uptime is most impressive. It has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months. I had chance to host with manyl web hosting companies as reseller and web hosting services of 247-host is by far one of the best . Account setup speed, billing, technical support, server speed, features, and the general attitude towards dealing customers, I find these guys have worked out everything to the best.
I'd refer anyone looking for a reseller account to 247-host(I hear good things about their dedicated servers as well)

Its often confusing with lots of price and offer variations on the net by all kind of hosting companies. I have been lucky that I landed up with 247-host.com for website of my small scale business.
Reason: prices were very attractive and reason tow: nothing seemed wrong. I could find reasonable signs of credibility as 247-host.com had awards from some high rated companies, phone and chat support etc. etc. It was not a wrong decisions any way, things have been going good. Uptime of 247-host.com Ė, support Ė, billing, every thing seem in place and working well. Thatís reason I got inspired to mention a web hosting review here. Good hosting company, well done keep it up.

For $2.99 I get everything I can think of i.e. a cpanel, a file manager, unlimited email accounts, mysql, and bolg, image library, forum script and many other free of cost scripts. They have a swift billing mechanism, efficient ticketing system and recently they have added online web development tools. Multiplicity of support mechanism ranging from phone, chat, email to ticketing system. I think over and above these things, the most important element in uptime, nothing is more important than this.
Though I did not have very many support issues, the average response time with me has been around 4 hours. I think these are the reasons that they have rated highly by Findmyhost.com, ratemyhost.com, hostreview.com, and webhostdir.com which is a hard distinction for a web hosting company and I like cpanel. Its my recommended host.

This hosting sucks big time!! Just this year, my websites got hacked and then after 3 months, my hosting goes down. They said the primary drive on the server got corrupted. God i cant believe that they crash it. And when its back, they god damn lost my updates in one month.

Just a warning...Do not go with this hosting? They'll just give you false promises!!

I have had no problems and my site has been up and stable since I first uploaded it. The unlimited subdomains and MYSQL db's are great and customer support is impeccable. I did have a problem once where my site was hacked but 247-host immediately halted there daily backup to make sure my sites backup was not overwritten and then restored my account for me. They notified me of the security flaw which was fixed and have been up ever since!. Great service! A +++

I might not have been with the company for long, probably only two months, the support is promptly, and I have only had one downtime so far. Support promised that I will never experience any problem after the fix. If that is true, i will stay with them forever.

Hosting options with this host ie 247-host.com are at competitive price and that was first reason that I go attracted to them. The other reasons became there experience, as 247-host seemed and old hosting company. Every thing seems good, about hosting panel, the Plans which included a generous amount of disk space and a high monthly transfer allowance, so, I had no reason no to host 247-host.com.
My review here is not only based on why I joined 247-host but what happened thereafter. Let me say with sincerity that I am impressed with their support staff, support is in-depth and comprehensive, help guides, FAQs and an online support ticket system, all of which makes things easier.
247-host meets needs of all kind of hosting I needed. I had to contact support few times for WP and Joomla hosting and they were up to the mark. Since my inception with 247 host only once there was a maintenance related announced down except that case the server was doing really good. I never had a server load issue on shared hosting plans causing slow or sluggishness. This hosting proved to be a reliable and stable server.
The best thing I like about 247 is their Control Panel ( Cpanel ), its really cool and its very helpful and easier for me to set up a blog adding to my site. The only thing which I don't like is their chat support had long queue when I tried to know about their newly added features and had to clarify some technical details. Overall, than these things I can give a big plus to them in relating to the hosting factors. Most importantly they have good number of Uptime records for my site.

I got a plan with unlimited space and don't really use that much space but they have unlimited bandwidth, which is really useful for me. If one is to look at prices of 247-host you will always wonder if their products will work out for you or not - especially since everyone expects uptime and thinks only expensive hosting company can deliver. We gave it a go and have to say that everything is as easy as they promise. We have asked them a lot (for example SSH Access) and their replies were always fast and professional. Within minutes you receive a reply from them and if there was an issue, they were there to help you.
The only downside is random downtime for a few minutes, but this could be DNS zones reloading if someone adds a new domain name or parked domain. However, for a price like this no one will complain.

There is lot of talk these days about top ten and top hundred hosting companies and all that. I never had to get into researching this kind of stuff as I at the outset got a good host and have stuck to them ever since.
247-HOST have been simply outstanding to let me think of any other host. May it be cost or quality of service, I never had any issues.

To start with, all I was concerned with was the cheapest possible deal and there was not comparison with $1.99 of 247-host. I also chose them by asking others what host they had the best experience with. All I know is that I've never noticed a single problem to complain with 247-host. Any time I have requested help from support they have been quick to respond.
In order to be a success on the internet you need to make sure that it will run smoothly. The fact that I have no complaints, is what I think says the most. Having a good host saves you from all of the stresses a poor host causes. Piece of mind is the most important thing that you can buy.
I recommend 247-host for what I have got from them.

I viewed services of many hosts before concluding on 247-host. None of the ones I looked at could match 247-host.com when it comes to price. Obviously, price was one factor and not all, Why I joined them was not the price only, there were other signs of good hosting service, like experience they seem to have based on number of year in the hosting business, quick response to my sales inquiries, and nice site. They provide all the services I needed. The Cpanel I got was very good indeed.
The service after joining them has been good. I get response within 2 hours of a complaint, whenever I made one, of course there has not been many of these. I highly recommend this host. Five stars.

Frankly I selected 247-hostc because I needed a low cost hosting services, having a small personal site to host. To start with, I had no idea that I would get so much for the price. I have more disc space and bandwidth than I could use, unlimited email accounts, an easy control panel that gives me a long list of options including a whole array of chat rooms, guest books, and a phpBB message board and what not. I would probably never need but it is comforting to know that they are there regardless and at such a low price. I may not have experience with other hosts, neither now I need to have. I have a reliable web hosting service provider at a very low cost and top of the line technical support. Pleasure hosting really.

247-host was very helpful in setting up my account and having it running in quick time. I have been hosting with few hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions and then they would refuse to offer a suitable answer. After having my fears abated by the sales department I was pleased to find the technical support was just as nice, they were very helpful and I never felt degraded in dealing with them. I do not remember to have any issues related to uptime or lazy customer support or any thing else in my 5 months experience with them. What amazes me is that they are surely one of the lowest cost hosting service providers in the industry.

Complete shambles. They weren't up for 99.99% of the time, this month. Their site says they give refunds if we're not satisfied on ALL accounts, and when I challange them about it, they go "No refunds" end the chat or don't bother replying to my emaill. 247-hosts are CRIMINALS! Abolute criminals. They're the worst webhosting company in the world, and their downtime is once a month between 6-24 hours. Which is alot less than 99.99%.

I choose 247-host.com based mostly on CNET references. After paying for a year on a reseller plan (by the way in which, subscribing for a year seems to be a big mistake when it comes to internet hosting), all my websites and my customer web sites have been working simply fine. After a month, web sites begin to go down for a few hours, principally for server automated processes like auto FSCK (forced into a kernal panic mode), file checks on servers and sort of maintenance processes.
In time things start to get worse and kind of messages from tech support like *there was an error on this server and we had to do an OS reboot* begin to annoy my clients. Plus ĒhelpĒ service begin to grow to be as much as in-existent. Sometimes answers to any questions and queries arrive after 12 to 24 hours, as an alternative of minutes (correctly on a good hosting company).
Finally, all my websites start to be severely hacked and populate with viruses, than changed with different internet websites and mess continue with the worst possible.
Final attacked comply with by all my web sites fully down for nearly two complete days was on July 22, 2010. Of course, after two days where my net websites have been down and downgraded by Google, I decided to maneuver from service and ask for refund.
I did this on 24 Jul 2010. I requested for refund and moved on other supplier and deleted all my domains from 247-host.
After three days they reply to my refund request with this:
*There will be no refund provided. All data was restored on a timely manner as this event of hacking does require for us to go through a process that will restore data on the server and maximize security on the machine which cannot be done within 24 hours.*
Is like saying: ĒHey.. It is more than regular to have your website down than 24 hours (actuality it was: 34 hours down for some web sites and 49 hours for others). Forget about 99.99% server up-time guarantee. Get the f** out of right hereÖ you will get no refund!Ē

So, after every week of combat with no probability of winning with 247-host.com , I have create this site (http://hostingservice.name) which by the way hosted at their own internet hosting company as much time as they pressure me to stay with them. So, the only hosted domain on my reseller account on 247-host is this web site: hostingservice.name where I am telling you right now how things are working on this Canadian company called 247-host. Stay away!!!!

After my last host closed shop I need to find a host fast which provided 24 x7 support as well as servers in Canda and Usa. 247-host came up on my map and I tried them out for free on their 30 Day trial. After reading the reviews on this host and seeing their plans and other support parameters on their website, I decided to give them a shot. The first month has been GREAT! A. The staff at 247-host was very kind and gave an open offer to help out if needed. I had no issues at all when attempting to publish my website, the process was painless and the server seemed to be working great. I am impressed with their support staff, their help desk section is in-depth and comprehensive, with all sorts of great help guides, FAQs and an online support ticket system. They really had modern hosting needs in mind when they set up their plans. I only had to contact support 1 time, which was simply activation of ssh. They offer the Cpanel as control panel which is popular because of its user-friendliness and advanced features and when it comes to reliability, well, 247-host are real champs. Iíve used 247-Host and my experience is great! Their support is strongest part of their service. Not only its swift, but its 24 hour, whether it be through e-mail or live. The representatives understood and can write perfect English. Also, uptime is great. My forum would rarely go down if too much is going on at once, but the staff would assist in restoring things to keep service moving. The real reason why 247-host are on top of hosting world these days us is because they know how sup-port should be and execute it the way it should be.Visit their support page and one would find they have not left any support stone unturned. There is no extra ad on $100+ dollar charge for managed support on your Server or VPS. I was surprised to find 247-host.com rated poor at some of the revierws. May be because my usage is very basic and has very little traffic, I really have no complaints about the company. My family web-site with 247-host.com moved once and I was properly informed via email, before and after the move of the site.
I've encountered some downtime for which again I was informed before hand. Also I had once an issue of file permissions with page throwing error, however, it was fixed in a matter of minutes after I created a support ticket with them.
Honestly, support has been very good Imho! The server is in the USA and seems to have good speed. Pricing and options offered may be one of the best around and I do think they are value for money. Overall itís a good experience and I would like to continue if things remain like that.

Simply Superb Service All the major open source applications are listed and ready for the installation. This helps the users a lot for installing popular web applications.

It is very easy to use web control panel application to manage the services and change the settings.

100.100% up time for these servers, the support team is also very good and most responsive to runtime errors in applications.

The price structure of 247-host is extremely attractive and thatís not where it ends, support is definitely excellent. At the very least, a published support line and on-line chat that I've never had to wait for over 5 times on about 10 support calls/requests I've made. What I really like most is the detail they go into when providing you with assistance. I have always been able to get someone at any time of the day or night and best of all. I recently had an e-mail issue, it was fixed within 10 minutes via e-mail support! That's what I call speedy service! m very glad that I did the research. 247-Host is a web hosting, with intelligent having well trained staff that answers the phone timely and are knowledgeable. Their prices are well worth every penny. I had one outage on my MySQL of which they were already working on when I called so essentially highly responsive. My company had some difficult questions related to open source scripting and they were able to answer it in a timely manner. We needed additional ram, and they happily supplied me with it. With these guys you're not just getting good hosting you're getting a wealth of knowledge included. I would recommend them to anybody who wants good shared hosting

After suffering through major support, downtime and slow servers etc with my previous host, I wanted a new host, one of my friends told me about 247-host, with whom he had his sites. I visited their site and seeing their cost / features, I decided to 247-Host.com. The experience has left me satisfied with my decision. I've moved two of my domains with their service already. They have an incredibly helpful support system, answering your ticket within 6 hours. They have been reliable and everything you could ask for in a host. I think itís great to be with 247-host.com for hosting my domains, no complaints. I have nothing more than a good experience working with them. The service is good. Even when the servers are overload the downtime lasts for about a few seconds while in other hosts your page would be off for hours. The customer service is great, one of the fastest I have come across so far. Once I called them cause I messed up the php code, theretofore my site broke. They fixed it, while this was not their job. It was my fault and I had to do it. They know what to do, but it would be better if they improve.
Price: insignificant, Speed: good, Features: excellent, Support: forthcoming. What else I could expect from a web hosting company. Its just going prefect with 247-host.com. I believe this is a reliable host.

The beauty of 247-Host.com is that they donít have too many marketing ploys or hidden charges or anything of the sort. What you see is what you get. 247-Host.comís order processing, billing is simple and support is sharp. The order process takes about 5 minutes and 247-Host.com accepts both credit cards and PayPal (which is always nice).
247-Host.com control panel is cPanel. There is absolutely nothing that I can tell that is different than any other standard installation of cPanel. It has the standard mail and database features. Speed was good. Everything worked fine and installation of the scripts I tried worked just fine. It seems I would continue with them, perhaps for ever.

I've been with 247-Host.com.com for some time now and, though its very rare with hosting company customers, so far I'm very happy. Some how I have found their chat support online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. It's satisfying to be able to quickly handle the technical side of hosting my site and remain focussed on improving the content. I can say that if 247-Host.com keeps it this wat, they have for the past year I'm definitely staying. BTW, I actually tried hosting a couple of sites with some other guys, but I really missed the chat support at 247-Host.com (I am admittedly impatient :-). To me the hosting experience with 247-Host.com is more personal and that extra level of service is easily worth the few extra bucks.

247-host.com are one good service provider I have come across The way I rate hosting companies is not only that they have lesser downtime but also when they do have the downtime, how do they handle the things. I've had 2 downtimes and both of those were fixed fairly rapidly. The support technician of 247-host know their stuff as well which is a big bonus for us as most of the technical questions we throw at them have revolved around e-commerce solutions etc. Would I choose them again even though they are slightly more pricier than the competition on dedicated servers. They are my recommended host.

I happen to join to 247-host.com because I have been always keen about making use of scripts on my site and they have loads of script support, plenty of storage space, and generous bandwidth for a reasonable price. Passing through their automated sign-up system I could sign up easily. I could also find that in case of a problem with anything, they have Flash animated help files, a support ticket system, and a phone number to call . It's a good support system. I've even called a couple times, and someone has always called me back within an hour or two. More important, when I've had questions, I've always received helpful answers. I am a happy 247-host.com customer, and I recommend them to my customers.

Like most of the people, I think there is some confusion on selecting a hosting, when i first came to 247-host.com i wasnít sure. I fear dowtime the most. However, since coming to 247-Host.com I have had no down time at all. ive always been sent emails if there is anything wrong with my account .Value for money is one thing i look for and ive considered moving but why should i i asked for a upgrade and got it with a few extras so cant get better than that well done boys keep up the good work.

I've read other reviews concerning 247-host. I can say that 247 has the absolute best service anywhere!!! I own 14 websites over 3 different hosts and 247 is the ONLY HOST who seems to really care about their customers. I recently bought a 3rd party script and lets just say that the script provider SUCKS AT SUPPORT.. 247 host took it upon themselves to figure out the errors, corrected the flawed script, and got my site running faster than my other (more expensive) hosts!!! We were working on the issue with my site for 3 weeks and 247 stuck it through until everything worked perfectly. I'm still in awe from the kindness and consideration of this company. I'm in the process of transferring ALL OF MY WEBSITE to this host and I'm going to promote 247 hosting on all of them. I've been with godaddy, jaguarPC, ixwebhosting, and jokeroo and no one compares to 247!!!! NO ONE!!! Other hosting companies should take note and follow 247's lead for I believe they will be the leader in webhosting VERY SOON!! I hosted on different shared hosting packages and all packages are excellent value for money and are backed by supreme uptime and speedy and knowledgeable customer service; whenever I have a problem - which is a rare occurrence - or question, a live rep is generally online to help me out instantly. They are one of the companies I was looking at for hosting, although after these reviews, I'm a little leery. I can say, that they did answer my pre-sales questions through their live chat fairly quickly and didn't give me the run around that I got from others. Still, I'm getting a little worried. The reviews are all rather similar here, with similar mistakes, except the negative ones that all warn of uptime issues.

Anyway, that's my two cents.

Just joined 247-host and signed up for the Gold plan - setup was fast and sever speed is quite good. Just opened a ticket and was answered asap. Much better than my old host. I tried them for 1 month, things look pretty good and I will sign up for 1 year with them. Highly recommended.

Seems like 247-host write reviews themself. For last 6 months I have downtime every month, sometimese twice in one month. And downtie at least take from 3 to 6 hours before they take any action.
And support is worst support you can have. No 24/7 phone, no 24/7 ticketing and no 24/7 chat. And in chat don't expect any help, they just send you to the ticket system, that is worst ticket system I ever saw for 12 years!

Never ever deal with this people!

I switched to 247-host.com because they offer loads of script support, plenty of storage space, and generous bandwidth for a reasonable price. They have an automated sign-up system. To be honest, this was my first time ever buying a web host. So I was a little questionable when buying 247-host.com. I wanted to get a reliable webhost with an affordable price. That was exactly what 247-host.com offered to me. After using 247-host.com for over 6 months now, I haven't had any problems. I have two accounts with 247-host.com, its a nice web host because they offer a wide range of plans for each kind of users. It is well priced and within everyone's budget. They also have more advanced plans such as dedicated servers for those who want to utilize the power. Setting up my site was easy except for the help section. The help section can be confusing because if you buy your domain from somewhere else, the instructions will say you need the same DNS nameserver, but they do not tell you how to look it up. Overall I don't have any complaints. Their online help is great for the quick answers that you need.

I have been hosting my video tutorials site here and there and more or less it has been disappointment every where with smaller hosts. I have been having issues of downtime and reliability. Surprisingly one of my early hosts even did not bill me till reminded by me.
Since I joined 247-host.com, it has been good going. Signup was easy (got a discount as well) and I have been with them for over 3 years hosting 4 websties. 247-host.com is VERY reliable and whenever I have had a problem - they solved it. Pricing is good to say the least.
One cannot say that 247-host are pefect (noboys perfect) but my experience with SEVERAL web hosting companies shows that 247-host are at top of the game when it comes to reliable hosting at fair pricing with responsive helpdesk. Thumbs up for 247-host.

Switched over to 247-host.com and they are brilliant. Have had several site hosted by these guys in the past and never had any down time. Recommend to anyone who is hosting video content always find they can delivery pretty much a decent download speed. We are based in New Zealand and even this far away have no real problems apart from our local isp's getting the usual end of day bottlenecks. Also the live chat support is amazing this has helped me many times if needed suport whilst being away from office.

The best thing is the reliability for the price. I can't think of the last time there was any issue with any of my services.
247-Host.com is also very full-featured and provides all the normal requirements for sophisticated websites and related databases & controls. I'm frequently surprised at what is included with even the Basic Plan @ $1.99
The email system that comes with hosting is complete, both web and desktop based. It's important that 247-Host.com is a company that cares about keeping it's mail servers off the spam block-lists so that my mails don't get blocked at the recipient's end. Some other hosting companies don't care or do not have the resources to properly fight spam on their own systems in order to keep their servers off the block-lists.
247-Host.com's support department is full of drunken, retarded chimpanzees that cannot read, but if you don't need support, it's good.

I usually don't write positive reviews as one doesnít have time for these things. But I'll make an exception for today. 247-host.com is the best host I have ever used! I tried many hosts but Marble Host is the first one which offers not only a lot of bandwidth and web space but also unbelievable uptime. I am 10 months with them and I have never noticed any downtime. When I had a problem with domain transfer they helped me very quickly. I highly recommend 247-Host.com to everybody!

Basically I am new to web hosting industry, but I have tried several hosting sites and in my opinion 247-host is very good. It was very easy to set up my website although the panel is unfamiliar to me. I have had no serious down time yet.
The only problem and their weakness according to me is MySQL database. But this would probably be solved in the near future.
Let me tell you why I think so: It was a week or two ago when I could not connect to the MySQL database and I thought "Oh not again!" Anyway I decided to contact the support and they told me that they are performing an upgrade of their MySQL servers in order not to have any more problems with it. Well for now everything with the databases is working better than ever. I am almost sure that they have fixed the problem.
Their support is friendly and will answer you no matter whether you ask for some simple DNS setting or have serious issue with PHP and they are fast and accurate in their replies. The prices for that service are reasonable. I think the over all service is terrific! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive and reliable host.

I've got 4 different sites hosted on the same account and none have suffered any downtime apart from a pre-notified 30 minute maintenance check. Their customer support is pretty good, open 24/7 and usually very helpful. The one thing I could complain about would be that their online chat operators are sometimes a bit slow to respond. Other than that, I am very satisfied and will continue to remain a customer. I'd recommend 247-host to anyone.

Signing up and creating the website were easy, even for a newbie like me. RVSiteBuilder is user-friendly, even for those unfamiliar with HTML. (For those who are proficient, it allows you to edit the HTML.) Incorporating PayPal buttons, adding photos, and so on were easy with the online help and tutorials. I haven't used half of the tools available in my account, so I can't comment on those.
We've had absolutely no problem with downtime or other issues. When I have had questions, whether they've been technical questions or billing questions, I have received prompt and complete replies. I'd recommend 247-Host.com without qualification.

I have been with 247-host.com for 3 years now. No problems at all. Their support is very fast and the staff is extremely helpful. I use the ticket based support with them and they get back to me right away and are able to fix any problems I may have quickly. It's a really good host and I have recommended it to my family and friends. I got the gold plan for $6.99/month and I can host unlimited sites. My host used to charge me over $15 a month - I know it sounds crazy and hard to believe but they are really good and very smart choice if you are looking to save money!

Has anyone noticed that most of the positive comments are written the same way with the same grammatical mistakes.

The negative comments are mostly true. There are periods of smooth sailing then periods of frequent down times over a period of days.

We often wonder whether there are any humans at the company.

They never answer the phone, but they do answer the emails fairly quickly, although the email answers all seemed canned. If you look at their responses over time they are the same.

If you are a late on the payment they will promtly double charge you or take your site down. Then they will send you a windy explaination that only a customer support challenged company can come up with.

There is a reason that they are so inexpensive, thier service matches their prices.

Some how I have got convinced that 247-host.com is one of the best hosts in the business out there. I've been with them for two years now and thus feel that my conviction is supported with some real time experience as well.

Astonishingly, from my first day to date there have not been any moments of frustration or desperation. This is despite the reason that during these years there have been some adjustment to my site needing changed configuration of the server and thus move from one server to another was also involved. There has never been nasty connectivity issues; they actively keep me updated about their progress resolving the issue.

The sales/support staff are a group of friendly, knowledgeable, and anxious to help. I'd recommend this host to anyone.

I hosted with 247-host.com for shared hosting as well as reseller hosting before switching to my own dedicated server few months back.
In my 3 years with them I never felt that web hosting has issues in it as well. It was a total peace of mind, comfortable and smooth going. Now that I run my own dedicated server, I realize that the technicians with 247-host were well versed with server configuration and management. They could reach the issue related to database, security, server load management very quick and resolve it even quicker.
Normally they had been responding in 4 to 8 hours which I think is pretty good if the host has large number of customers to tackle. Technical support in term of response as well as know how has been very good with them.
I still cherish my stay with them.

247 Can't keep my website going... I can't get on it now... I only have 400 members on my website so it shouldnt be all that hard to keep the site up... My platinum plan states "unlimited bandwidth" yet if more than 10 people log on at once, it crashes with a cant connect to database error ... stating too many are online at once... I've NEVER had over 12 or 14 online at once and it cant take the load... 247 stands for 247 days per year and then only working hours.. it kind of seems false advertising because most people think 247 means 24 hours a day---7 days a week... lol... NOT THE CASE here!

I am with 247-host from last few months and its going super. Express services including server and support. These people are really keen to do well and resolve issues very promptly. So far server up time is 100%.
I was just looking at some of their data and find that they have servers with theplanet which is a world class facility and 247-host knows how to make use of that. I had few issues to start with related to set up and billing and these were resolve politely and speedily.
Few days back I need extra bandwidth and installation of some scripts. The efficiency of their response amazes me.

WTF!!! I don't know what the F**K kind of business their running but they can't even manage to to keep my site up for 24 hrs at a time. My site doesn't even get 500 hits a day and they still can't seem to manage the load. I was down for five days once. And it just happened to be a time when I bought seven days of traffic. Oh well they got their money why should they give a F**K. Meanwhile I get two days of traffic for a seven day price. Never fails just when I need my site to work, they're crashing. It's kind of hard to make money when your little less-than-500-views-a-day site is never up. On several occasions sites that link to me deleted my link! Why??!! Because it's kind of hard to send them traffic when your site is NEVER WORKING. Save your money and get a host that knows what the F**K they're doing!!!!

Linux is a very reliable hosting platform and cpanel is the best hosting panel I have known. Both these things have been well set at 247-host.com.
My hosting experience with them has been good all the years I have hosting my ecommerce site with them. They care, and thats what is the most important thing for me.

I singed up with 247 hosting about 8 months back for my adult hosting site and as one could be I was unsure weather they would be good enough for my site at such a low prices on packages and whether there customer support and tech support would be any good due price been so low but now I am happy to have joined them. I'm a reseller and began moving my clients to 247-host. Right from the beginning there were down time problems. I lost 1 client and I moved the others to godaddy. All that remains are my personal hobby sites. I haven't the confindence to put a paying client on this server. My sites are down as of now. I was going to wait out my contract but why bother? I may as well let them have the last few months profit. I did love the price, I love the WHM. The ticket system is laid out well but I need reliability.

I recommend them for any novice hosting user as there sitebuilder is really good. It had over 400+ templates and was very useful in building my site. I joined them because there were all the signs of good hosting with them, one, 247-host.com have servers with one of the top class data center ie the planet in USA. That counts a lot as it means server quality,speed and uptime. Data center is just one aspect,the other reason was that they were authenticated by many top of the line hosting rating sites , ie 247-host.com has been awarded by many of the wold's best hosting review companies. Crappy host. Bought the gold package- I always had unreliability with connecting to my website, so I put in a uptime tracker. The worst day in a 5 day period ended up with a 9%~ uptime. The best being 84% but averaged around 45%.

Support takes 24 hours to answer, and barely seems to know what they are doing. The response time is OK, but could be better.

I hear you get what you pay for, but it doesn't seem I even get that much.

Finding another host to switch to.

I just found myself confused with kind of price variations and offerings on the net by all kind of hosting comapnies. One has to by lucky if one gets one. I think I have been lucky a bit in finding 247-host.com while looking for some decent hosting company for my small scale business.
Just found their price structure and the related space, bandwidth, hosting panel and other features in their package sort of unbelievable at the cost they are offering. Yet I could also find reasonable signs of credibility as 247-host.com had awards of some high rated companies plus phone and chat support etc. to force me to think that I can go ahead.

Yet seeing that they have adequate means of customer support in terms of 24/7 phone support, on line chat services and a support ticketing system integrated I choose to go ahead with them.

247-host in not only the most affordable web host out there , but their uptime has been great, and I'd say it has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months.

I have worked with several web hosting companies as an administrator and their web hosting service is by far some of the best starting from speed of setup, the billing, response to technical support issues and the general attitude towards dealing customers.
I have never had a billing issue with them, and their technical support rarely takes more than an hour to get a reply, and rarely takes long to solve the issue.

I'd refer anyone looking for a reseller account (I hear good things about their dedicated servers as well) to them in an instant.

So, in conclusion, it has been a perfect hosting experience to date and I would surely not hesitate in recommending them.

They really are the worst host company in the galaxy. I'm with Lunarpages.com - the only company I recommend to anyone (- although Dreamhost are good as registrars). I had dealt with numerous other hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions and then refused to offer a suitable answer. After having my fears abated by the sales department I was pleased to find the technical support was just as nice, they were very helpful and I never felt degraded in dealing with them. im runing a site, thats works ok in their basic plan so was great, cheap and working fine
Then i started to charge people for use my info services, and seems that this make they dont like it, because they suddenly with no warning suspended my account and ask me to pay 6 times the original fee, and say that my "exces of use of the resoruses was the cause" as they have my information and customer membership databases (doomy of me i know) i pay for the upgrade, the spend 48 hours in put my site on line and then this "virtual host" never work fine, it was pledge of bugs, the support was really bad, and one more ting the are not 24-7 hours to support you as they tell, is allmost a miracle to find them when things go wrong

I have NEVER experienced customer service this BAD before in all my years online and in person. Their servers are ALWAYS crashing (2xs a week or more), they always give the same reasoning why stating "there was an error on this server and we had to do an OS reboot".

They offer no courtesies for their constant mishaps, no refunds, NOTHING but a simple "wait it out" from their hosting staff.

No way of getting a hold of them by phone, they never return any calls even if you leave a detailed message like it states, everything is thru email and if your lucky enough to get a response in time, they give you the same explanation or they just tell you to "wait it out, hopefully it will be fixed soon." Even after the fact....STILL the same problems no less than 48 hrs later occur yet again. Whenever they fix the problem at hand 24hrs + later, they mess up something else wether it be email access, ftp access, etc. I usually got lucky when a week went by and nothing faulty happened on their end.

Their online support is UTTERLY rude and one in particular by the name of Shaun is lucky enough to be employed with his attitude. They never give any detail explanations and are quick to leave you in the midst of typing in a question while using their online support.

They also tried putting the blame on me when their servers crashed again saying the reason my site was down is because I didnt pay.......when they blatantly took the money out of my account when made the payment.

It is obvious that there is some sort of "upgrade scam" going on with them as well because many customers with the basic accounts go thru these similar problems more so and they run into 2 lesser problems out of the the 20 they have already if you upgrade to a premium account.


247-HOST IS ABSOLUTELY HORRID AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE!!! I recommend anyone with them to leave now before they experience the same problems I had. I made sure to file a claim with my credit card company and the better business bureau for their shitty service.

And its odd that the reviewers online here and on other sites applauding their service give hardly no explanation as to how good their service really is. It never goes beyond 25 words or very vague. Good to see the 247Host STAFF going the distance in looking out for each other....least by knowing that they care about something because it for DAMN sure wasn't this former paying customer.

Excellent hosting. Prices are amazing. $1.99/month hosting! They have reseller plans as well. The support given by them was great. 24/7. By far the best hosting comany I have ever dealt with.

Was there for less than a month and they are horrible. They even wrote me that they do not support cPanel problems. They have frequent downtime, have no staff (seem to be a two person company).

cPanel full backup did not work for more than a week and they did not care.

Very rude tech support and when you call, they make you believe they are busy but in fact no-one is there even for days...

They often tell you to upgrade to a higher plan or dedicated server if you want better tech support.

Stay away from that company, it is better to pay few dollar more a month and have good service.

I've been with them for 2 years roughly, the first months were just fine.
Then the downtimes appeared (couple times a day, for several days), and extreme slowliness. Coupled with the expired SSL certs and the seemingly inexistant support, i decided it's time to move on.

ME: I have never known or heard of a server undergoing a reboot, letalone a reboot that takes several hours. How long should i expect to be down, and all my clients?
Do you have a premium service that i can upgrade to and avoid downtime?
It seems its time to switch to a more serious resseller company.

i singed up yo 247 hosting about 2 weeks ago i was a little unsure weather they would be aby good due to there low prices on packages and weater there customer supprt and tech support wpould be any good due price been so low but was really supprised to find that 99 % percent of time that issues or problems i have had was resolved with extremly good respnce speed and all isues i had was corrected i ham more than happy with 247 hosting one of the best affordile host i have come acroos all oher hosts i have used in past have been chageing 6 to 10 time as much for there service and not been half as good has 247 service

They should rename the company -- downtime can be as high as 50% in one month. We were down for a week and they acted like we were bothering them when we keep asking then for an ETA. Who knows how much business we lost. This is hands-down the worst hosting company we have had. Cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for.

So far I have had a good experience with 247-Host.com. I have been hosting iwth them for 2 years now. The best thing I like about them is the price. I have been very impressed with their uptime and support for the price I pay. There is no real support , I post ticket on site and waiting on ticket response four days! I can't to sent mail , I can't get mail , this problem is :

A friend referred me to 247-Host. I was using another host earlier (no names mentioned) and was bing charged almost 7 times more than what 247-Host offerred. At first I as hesitant, so I transsferred a few sites. But after seeing the reliability and support I transferred all my sites to 247-host. Like many of my friends, I am very happy with the service 247-Host.com offers. i highly recommend them and if you are paying hundreds of dollars for hosting....I would say just stop and take a look at 247-Host.com. You can save a lot of money and get very good support and reliability.

Please avoid this company at all costs. They respond fast to complaints but do NOT resolve anything. The technical staff have not idea of how the Apache server works. When I had configuration problems I had to teach them how to proceed. Now I am experimenting serious problems, losing incoming mail, being unable to access my web sites for the las 10 days. The best they could say was: "There is a user abusing the system and we will removing the user soon". What do they mean by "soon"? It was going on for 10 days now

Great Host! Rock solid. I would recommend them for the following reasons:

1) They have a amazing support. Very fast and extremey curtious to response.

2) Prices, Prices, Prices! Wow. You have to check out 247-host.com prices. they have the best prices I have ever seen. At first was a bit worried about the lower prices (as compred to other companies such as HostGator - but after testing them out for the last 1 year - their service is by far the best I have seen. I would highly recommed them for the great service they offer.

3) I also like the cpanel and the options they give. My Power reseller plan came with a site builder that offers hundreds of templates. Very easy to work with and makes your sites so nice!

I recommended them several of my friends and they are now using them as well. They are all on different servers and they are all enhoying the service.

I would highly recommend 247-Host.com !

Very poor service and support.
Half the time the mail me back saying "The server has been fixed" and if i check, the site will still be down.

This is by far the worst host i have ever dealt with. Their 99% uptime policy is not true.

The have unbeatable prices - but they compromise that on service and uptime.

So use this hosting only if you need to do some kiddy hosting. Never use it for business - YOU WILL REGRET!!

I hosted a customer of mine on their servers and i lost that customer because of 247's poor hosting.

Seriously stay away from these mofos. Downtime, Spam up the wazzu, horrible service, nasty tech support when you do get through. They told me I would have to pay for level 2 tech support even though that was never their policy or in the agreement I told them no and they passed me on to Level 2, DON"T PAY, DON"T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS HOLE IN THE WALL OF A COMPANY.

I have been with them for over 2 years with only a few problems. However U have had an issue now for over a week. 2 support incidents on their website and 3 emails sent ! To date no response from their support team, not even an acknowledgement of ny problem. I have over 50 domains there, and I am moving them to another host on Monday.
