| I received a welcome message that said if "If DNS has been configured, you can access your site here: http://idealsketch.com". 2 days later, the site is still not up. The email instructed me to login to control panel through access.adhost.com. I fire up a live chat with a guy named Oswaldo, he tells me to login through client.adhost.com for which I don't have credentials, so he creates one for me. access.adhost.com showed A records for "idealsketch.com" and "www.idealsketch.com", but I cannot see them through the client.adhost.com. Oswaldo tells me that I need to create them again. Very poor customer experience! Every new customer has to at least talk to customer service once before any of his services actually works! The customer service doesn't even know the content of the welcome email |
