| They are great to work with. Compared to other hosting companies you do not have to wait hours on the phone, they are very friendly, personable, and helpful. I've dealt with other hosting companies in the past and AMhosting has definitely been the best. |

| They are terrible. The 99.9 percent downtime thing is a load of crap. It's more like 50% downtime free. Don't buy it |

| These guys are a joy to deal with. The customer service and technical support are fantastic. The people I have dealt with on the phone are extremely personable and helpful. Emails I have sent have always been answered quickly. All service should be as enjoyable as this. Totally recommend this company! |

| It's hard to get technical support from them because (1) they have no toll-free telephone number, (2) their phone number is frequently busy, (3) they have no 24-hour service, (4) their techs find it difficult and seem impatient with a client like me who has painfully little technical language. trsonly answer 8 hour |
