| Also no problem with sever time, however support is horrible. One person asnwering phones, so you get voice mail often. There is one person only that can answer any email-related issues, so if he's busy, good luck. We have been paying for 15 email addresses, but could only set up five. Waiting for response to my email on this from yesterday. Not holidng my breath though as my questions from 10/15/2007 is still unanswered (its March of 2008 now). |

| Server uptime is pretty good. Support is terrible. Help tickets go unassigned for over a week. Web stats program doesn't work. Feedback tool doesn't work. No evening support unless you call after hours emergency number. |
