Axishost is a terrible choice. I would steer clear of this outfit like the plague.
Tina Peters must have had a bad day. Her customer service was non-existent. And yes, the service can be beat. I'd be surprised if she doesn't change her tune. Handle too many customers badly and you'll end up with no customers. I guess it's her choice.
Questionable server reliability, poor web site and admin area, but most of all lousy service. Axishost has failed. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

| I've been with AxisHost for almost a year up until yesterday(14 Apr 08). In that time I've had several extended downtimes, multiple DNS and server problems, failed backups, loss of data and poor customer service all around. I can cite specific examples to any who wish to inquire about them. Yesterday they decided to cancel my service entirely after having found a negative review of their service written by one of my members on another review site. This reflects poorly on their customer service and technical expertise. I have highly dissatisfied with the entire experiance with them and have moved on to a new host whom I can expect far fewer issues from. |
