| Up until a couple years ago, they were just fine. Now anytime we send a message, they get bounced back to us. We're unable to transfer our domain and it is very fustrating. We're stuck with paying the annual fee for our domain or fear losing it. Upsetting to be robbed like this. |

| Up until a few years ago they were just fine. Now whenever you send a message to any of their emails, they get bounced back. We have a domain we've been trying to transfer out of there, but still can not 'unlock' it to allow transfer. So now we're stuck with paying the annual domain fee every year or lose the domain completely. Very upsetting and fustrating to be robbed like this. |
