| Tech support is snarky and arrogant. While their machines apparently run perfectly, the network beyond them is out of their control and they "have no suggestions". I finally moves all my domains as I couldn't trust them - and they didn't care. |

| Currently, their billing service is completely down, but the servers continue to work. So no new accounts, but they are still billing the old ones - meaning you can't change from your old account except to stop them charging your card. Get ready to move your accounts if you have them here... |

| Easy setup. Cpanel is a little slow. FTP access works just fine. People are easy to work with. Uptime was satisfactory. Sometimes webserver struggles, but its not terrible. No horror stories. Billing is easy and without issue. BB-3 plan worth its price. |
