Horrible Service! Ever since CEO Chuck Steinberger took over they keep getting worse and worse. They do NOT offer phone support anymore and when you submit a support ticket they only answer the questions they feel like. When I complained about all the technical problems with their system and mistakes on their website I got this response from SUPPORT:
Here is the Deal... We can and will display anything within our system that we choose... I will also answer what questions when and how I choose..

This is just a brief announcement, more to come. These guys even don't know what MX records are. The interface doesn't work (says it's changing, but actually doesn't) and I became pretty annoyed, as software architect since 1985, when they tried to explain to me what an IP address is.
Bleeping Bleeps are NOT where you should go businesswise, that's for sure. I'm a developer from The Netherlands, and I can garantuee that THIS kind of bleep hosters is out of business in max 6 months with us....
Unless you want people on the phone that quitted their school after kindergarten and don't know BLEEP about technique or service, you should go somewhere else...
