| I recently signed with brainhosting to host a new site i had just purchased,they sent it to their web design dept,for what reason they cant tell me & then erased my newly purchased website,of course i have no back up.they would not respond at all to the problem.i will never use again |

Have been with BrainHosting for 5 years now. The only complain?
1. No phone line support, in case of emergency failure
2. Support is slow to respond.
Otherwise you can't beat their price/performance. |

| They were once good but they are down right now and were down last week and they no longer answer emails or support tickets. I had a site suspended without explaination or response for two weeks before I finally just moved it to anothher host. i'm dissapointed. |
