| They have changed something with their outgoing server it no longer supports SSL - Secured Connection and gets Outlook error 0x800ccc7d. I can't email them with my question so I was on hold 93 minutes yesterday before my phone battery died. Today, I've been on hold 37 minutes (and counting). Customer support is non existent. I've been a subsciber since 1997 and used it fine since then so they've changed something that's no compatible with Outlook 2003 anymore. |

| Concentric is a rip off!! They will not cancel you, conveniently they turn you back on a couple months later. They were always down and tech service was the worst I have ever dealt with. |
