| CWI Hosting-- I’ve had a dedicated Linux server with CWI since November of 2007. The system becomes unresponsive too frequently so I spoke to the support department but they responded that the problem had to do with the fact that I was using Tomcat as my Servlet container and suggested I move to Resin. I moved to Resin and the same thing happened again. On one occasion the system was down for about 6 hours so I contacted the CEO of the company to alert him of what was happening hoping he would help. Instead of being helpful and he responded with a very despotic email redeeming himself and the company of any wrongdoing. Avoid this company especially when it comes to dedicate server service. |

| They need to stop spending time on toys and starting concentrating time on service. I used to work there and there are only 5 people, with one dude managing collocated servers. Ceo ( marcus ) hes never there. Jaso ( cto) is an *ahole. I quit working there. |

| I canceled well within the 30 day trial period. I contacted them several times about crediting back my annual subscription fee. A month later, they still haven't. I had to contest the charges with my Visa company. Don't do business with CWIhosting. |

Don't even think of using this.
They will disconnect your site without warning, then remind you that it is their standard company policy. (They make you sign that sort of contract.) |

| We have never had more issues than we have had with this hosting company. Ever since, we switched to CWI hosting we have had tons of email issues and hours of our site being down. I had to email the CEO before they would switch our email services over to another server. After that, we have had months of issues with our site being down. Excuses is all I have received without any resolution or explanation of what they are doing to remedy the issue. We are switching over to a new webhost as soon as we possibly can. |
