I have been with ebound hosting for almost 2 years now. Overall it is a great service at a great price.
I have had some minor problems changing things like account sizes permissions and also the server is down from time to time.
I would like to see a more responsive tech department. Afterall, the problem I reported 3 months ago is still a problem. Support said it was fixed, but it was not.
on a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 8.2 |
