| We have been using CyberWurx for about a year now. They have an outstanding level of customer service. Most support responses come back minutes later even on the weekend! I will always rely on CyberWurx to be there when I need them the most! |

I've been a customer of cyberwurx since 2004, and although my need for customer service has been rare, they have always been responsive (tech support, especially). Most replies come within a few minutes, and they always follow up with "is it working for you now" after the issue is resolved.
I can't speak for their upper level plans, but the basic plans (all I require) are outstanding value and have never given me any problems.
