RIPOFF ALERT!
I cancelled my hosting with them in Aug 2008. In Feb 2010 (!!!) they rebilled my automatically via Paypal. How they snuck in a recurring billing on my Paypal account is amazing. I've left phone voicemail and several trouble tickets to get this reversed, and NO REPLY. BEWARE all! I've been ripped off. |

Hay Stu, I saw your comment about them being rude.
I have been a customer of www.tooniehosting.ca (owned by Datona.com) for about 2 years now and have quite a few sites with them. I have not once found them to be rude but actually the opposite. They have been quite helpfull with any issue I have had from configuring my emails, FTP access, and also some HTML issues.
I would suggest that Stu give them another try because I have tried quite a few different hosting companies and I have found that tooniehosting has been the cheapest BUT still have reliable and supportive. |

This is a nice solid company.
Reasonable priced, and a great bunch of guys in technical support.
From stupid questions to coding questions, the support department is great and fast.

Great company. Been with so many different hosting companies that claim to give you large disk space and massive bandwidth but they always shut you down if you start to create any traffic that may hurt their profits. If you read in their terms of service, it's always in the small print.
BUT with Datona.com, they don't.
I've got several sites with them and they are great! Fast servers, fast support, and reasonable.
You pay for what you get and if you go for those "all you can eat" hosting companies, it will come back and bit you in the ass! |

They are great. Helped me through the move of my sites and where very helpfull in getting all my programming working on their servers.

Just saw this place and thought I would add my 2 cents.
Datona Communications have hosted my site for about 7 years now and I can't think of one bad thing to say. Their prices are fair, really good customer support, and uptime is 100%.
Getting something done by Datona is easy. They are fast and good.

I read Carl Hendersons review and must say that YES, he is correct. Datona Communications (www.datona.com) is awsome. I used to host my sites at powweb and also iPower but I tried datona.com as I have heard good things about them. Well, my sites have never been down, their support is quite helpful and speedy. I have put in trouble tickets with them and they have been quite helpful in getting my sites up and running and also real quick responces. Issues that I have brought up have nothing to do with the actual hosting of my site but just technical HTML questions and they have worked with me to get them solved.
Way to go Datona! You have won my loyalty!!!
