| I have been with digitalinet since Dec of 1999 and for 11 years I did not have problems except for the credit card decline. Now however there is no longer support and I am very disappointed with their service. |

| I've been using Digitalinet.com since Dec of 1999, I've been with them for almost 11 years, the support service not bad, there were always someone to reply you, however whenever the credit card declined, they suspend my website without a warning. Just few months ago I couldn't enter the webmail on their control panel website, I also could not use my domain POP emails, everytime I have requested a explanation, they either do not reply or write back with "nothing is wrong with our system" .. Now I have no idea what to do, are they bankrupt? Are they going to stop the service? what is happening with them, any update will be helpful! |

| Impossible to contact when there is a problem. Completely unreliable. Do not use them under any circumstances. |

| Lost much monewy with downtime and customer service taking days to answer online inquisition into problems. No published pone number. Once you find a number on a google search, it is a recorded message to leave a message that doesn't get returned. Horrible Experience. I think they are now bankrupt, cuz all my sites are down but they still debited my payment for the next 3 months. Jerks!!! |

| Got my FIRST e-mail notification of my credit card being expired and within one hour my site was cut off. Absolutely the worst customer service and business savvy I've encountered in this game to date. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DIGITALINET! |

Terrible webhost, Poor customer service, unhelpful staff, impossible to contact. They had very little downtime, but I am so glad to be gone.
