I had the company checked out & its owner is from japan & has a mail forwarding system from America for any payments or such things. I signed up & paid via paypal which seems to be the only payment option because paypal do refuse & direct you to contact them which is not possible.
however i had contacted there hosting company which was American & informed them of the situation & they said they would look into this as they have a 0 tolerance on fraud been conducted on there servers. this was a few weeks ago & i suspect they shut them down permanently.
Best bet is to whois domain names & do some research before you commit & google any reviews or complaints, i made the mistake as i was in a rush & didnt have time to do any read ups on them..
By note, dont even consider them & try www.freevirtualservers.com had them for 3 years on the £30 a year cost & the service is excellent. |

| IF YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK PUT IN A COMPLAINT TO PAYPAL AND CHARGE BACK SAYING YOU NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING FOR WHAT YOU PAID FOR . I am having bad experience with this host also.
I have never signed up for any renewable services but they decided to take money from my account without any billing info, any emails etc.
Now I have been trying to contact them, and I am not getting any resolutes, any responses. There is not even a phone number on their website.
Plain bad, will not even look in their direction for any other hosting needs. |

| Ok services if your a new user and want a basic (but prob unreliable) package to start you off. For anyone serious about web hosting go to a better more efficient company that actually answers emails and isnt abusive in the ones they do send. JMO! |

| Cant really belive what your saying chris its plain to see your not very clever, this site monitors digitalvisionhosting, and out of 51512 checks 5 failed so you know what that means dont you chris, before you run round trying to hurt peoples businesses its always a good idea to check your own stuff, as its very simple to see your extreamly lacking skills and soon to blame someone eles when the real up time of 99.9% is right infront of you, may i surjest you stick to geocities or something like that |

| With this Host it seems you get what you pay for. It's cheap but unreliable. DON'T put any important critical services on this host! (I would not do any reselling based on their services; it would be too risky). Otherwsie when it works it works, but be prepared for intermittent (and sometimes regular) down time. Support is quite poor, sometimes very poor. Have been a customer for 1 month, and already had to change to another host for more reliability. My mistake... |

I've been with them for about a year now. It's been ok, but support is not so great. What can you expect for10 bucks a month.
I wouldn't recommend them for websites that carry any importance, but theyre okay if you'er just starting up and looking for some cheap and nasty hosting. |

Stay away from digitalvisionhosting they took my money but did not renew my domain and hosting. They ignore my refund requests. They are a scam. The contact telephone number I rang is a fake unless you want to talk with a confused Japanese who never heard of digitalvisionhosting.
I lost my domain in redemption.
