| No No No, slowly turn away and RUN as far from these guys as possible!!! I'm not sure why I lasted this long with dlhost. The midwest is a slower way of life (I think this guy is out of basement in Cincinatti) but I feel like I'm ordering coffee at a jamacain dinner...and my waiter has a seeing eye dog. Good luck |

Customer for 4 years. When available they provide good support but one is paying a good price for it. However, when they have an outage there is no contact or information provided.
One of the highest priced with very limited customer service. |

Been a customer of Dlhost for about two years now... for the most part they have little problems, but when they Do have an outtage... they turn off their phones and bounce messages from their customer service email address.
Service for the price you pay is about average, and Customer Service is a definite Ghetto rating. |
