I paid dotmaniac.com in June to renew two domains that were expiring in July and September. They took my money and showed these as renewed on their site. Five days before the July expiration date, I received an automated email from dotmaniac saying that my domain was about to expire. They did not renew either of my domains. I called numerous times over the next two weeks with no resolve. The one domain expired and they did nothing. I finally transferred these domains and had to pay again; altho I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
