Can't say much good about exostream after 1 year of them hosting my site.
Tech help is non existent. My site expired 10/1/2006. For 2 weeks I tried to renew with exostream but failed to get anyone to respond. The past 2 weeks I've tried to get them to release my domain so I can move somewherre else. No luck, phone calls and emails go unanswered.
On the exostreme home page there is a chat feature which is supposed to get someone to help, it doesn't work.
My advice is go somewhere else for hosting. |
