I've been with them for three years. Quick support. Quite reasonable customization for Mambo/Joomla.
Never experienced down time. Ticket system quite on time.
The price is worth the service that I get from them and consider that a great positive service.
There is no immediate phone support, but the emails and ticket system suffice the same.
Tech support is well trained and know their issues well. If not they will find a solution and offer to fix at a very reasonable cost of $5/15min.
Well worth having them. |
