| US LEC is without question the WORST company I've ever worked with when it comes to customer service. EVERYTIME I try and get help they always say that no one is available, will create a trouble ticket and will have someone call me back. Not once has anyone EVER called me back and the company I work for that uses them has been with them for 2 years. The last time I tried to get tech support they couldn't even find my account or web domain! They are the absolute worst. |
