| I purchased web hosting and a 2 year domain from midphase. They let my domain expire without notifing me, now they want to sell it back to me as a abandoned domain for a rediculous amount of money |

Same as above.
Purchased Domain & have been trying to get support to setup Domain Forwarding. Sent email & no response. Called 4 times over two days(Jan.12 & 15/2007)-phone goes to message saying voicemail box is full & disconnects you.

| email support is down, voice mail box is full, no way to get hold of them. It appears they abandoned the business and left their customers high and dry. Do not use them. |

| Can not get any support for a problem--by email or telephone. Have tried calling during normal business hours on three different business days--no one ever answers the phone! |
