| AVOID. Tech support and customer service needs a lot of improvement. Email service is completely dead (nothing in my in box, no autoforwarding, no autoresponses.) Attention to the matter was slow, information provided was nil, and they said "there is no problem receiving mail." Meanwhile I sent them a copy of the Delivery Failure message(s) I got back from my other email account. AVOID. |

| up time poor been with them for 6 months and they keep promising me stuff they cant deliver, avoid, my site is down at the minute and there has been no customer support on the site since before christmas. |
