| I found that their service is terrible. My site was down for over a week and reaching them by phone got me a recorded message. They deleted my entire email list without warning. Frequent email outages. Occasional double billing. I complained to the Better Business Bureau. This company should be shut down. Use anyone else. I am sorry to say that, but it is true. |

| I agree - for the last few months there have been more and more frequent outages, no way to reach any tech support, even webmail inaccessible. Seems to be completely offline since Aug. 18th, since I haven't received a single email since then, and both my websites are down. They used to be reliable - we've used them for years. Don't know what is going on. I'll be moving to some other service. |

Breathtakingly awful. Tech support and uptime have gone down the toilet. DNS unavailable for days at a time. Mysterious "mail outages." Tech support that takes DAYS to respond to tickets.
Gobbled up by needa.com recently, the quality of their service is truly appalling.
Run, don't walk, to ANY hosting company other than these people. |
