They seem to provide good service for a period of time, and then th "wheels fall off"! Servers go down, including their own, so you cannot even submit a Support ticket. When you report a problem they usually say it must be your code, but the code hasn't changed!
I hope they get their Real-Time monitoring organized or I believe they will continue to have problems. |

Not sure about last review but they do have CPanel and you can set permissions on the linux servers.

| Uptime and support were good, but very limited ability to administer websites. Nothing like cPanel, I had to send emails to support to get PHP permissions set every time I created a new directory. |
