| It's been 24 hours since I placed my order with Hostgo and I am still not up and going. Their customer service has been responsive, in that I can reach them, however they have not been able to resolve my problem as of yet. To be continued......... |

Hostgo kicked me off their servers 3 years ago for "excessive CPU usage" with no advance warning.
Last year I got a slew of emails from them "We want you back!"
Not. Gonna. Happen. |

Update, Jason went out of his way to finally get the problems fixed. He deserves a big thanks for his work. My site is fixed because of him.
We will see how it goes from here on out.

| Horrible customer support for their E commerce sites. No support for Miva Merchant. They put me out of business less than 24 hours after my site went live by not being able to process any orders and not being able to fix the problem in a timely matter. It's still not fixed actually. They have even stopped responding to my support request. Go somewhere else for an E commerce site. This one is a dog. |
