| I've been with them5 years and overall their support is good and they get things fixed. Problem is I do not want things to break in the first place - we have "lost" the database connection a few times, then another standard function stops working. Servers just get slower and slower. I've had enough of having to keep checking is my sites are running. |

All my sites are down and no one cares.
they do not have a phone number so there is nothing i can do .

| We've been down for over 3 days with not web page ad no email because of their server crash. Cannot understand why they had no backup servers! |

| We lost all our data when one of their server crashed. There was no backup whatsoever. 8mnths later (yea we were stupid enought to retain them), it was dejavu again. All thumbs down.. |
