| My website has just stopped working. I'm getting no response from hostnuke, either via email, live chat, or the phone number they provide. I'm wondering if this is their cheap way of getting me to "side-grade" from the old 750mb account to a new "zetta" account for the $25 transfer fee. I'll definitely switch providers before that happens. |

| I have had the same experience that the people had who wrote the two reviews that I read. I was wondering, though, if anyone had any tricks about how to contact hostnuke.com successfully. If not, can anyone relate successful experiences that they have had in switching from hostnuke.com to another Registrar? |

Yes, it is almost a fake one man show. He has several aliases (Drak and Jackie are two of them). He has a few volunteers who do some of the dirty work for him every now and then until they realize it's just a rip off.
The company doesn't give refunds once they got your money and if you register your domain through them and they like it, they keep it! Buyers beware! |
