Icanx was one of the worst web hosts we have dealt with. Keep in mind that Icanx does not actually own its servers -- the company is a reseller.
Support requests go unanswered, system outages were common place, and when we tried to cancel our service plan, the kept charging the company credit card for six months afterward. The limited set of features on the server were a large drawback.
I wouldn't be surpised if "Icanx" is really just some guy sitting in his mother's basement. |
