| Lee, I'm surprised to hear you say our servers are very slow. Your issue was video only, in that your downloadable videos didn't download as fast as another larger host you were comparing to. I worked at length with you on the issue, and in fact, there were some improvements after we purchased a lot faster hardware, though perhaps still not to your liking. Otherwise, page performance should be comparable to most other hosts based on our testing. |
