Been with them for quite a few years now, even though their space and bandwidth are one of the lowest offered. However, in the last couple of years their servers have become PATHETICALLY slow. They have no control over their spam, and you'll be bombarded with close to 50,000 emails within months. So far their online customer support has been quick. Seldom had a reason to pick up the phone.
