| The negative reviews posted here are from one former employee. My wife owns the company and I would NOT give it a negative rating. The 99% plus uptime for the last 14 years speaks for itself. Billing is automated. We have helped people and companies with their web presence and most of out customers have been with us since the beginning. By the way, all servers are multihomed, generator powered and housed in our datacenter. In addition to small businesses we host banks, schools and medical practices. Security is top notch. Navpoint is perfect for those that don't need a web site. Their service is off and on, response time is so-so, and have the most confusing billing system (they enjoy double billing).
