| I've been with Nexx for over 5 years and have had my fill. Their support is terrible and the email problem is awful. They seem to be in downward maintenance mode since the 'partnership' with Netfirms. we are moving all sites we have with them. |

| We have been having problems with our Nexx email for the last month and a half. There email servers are continually listed as a SPAM source on a number of online blacklists (CBL, BLAIRSBL). This causes our emails to clients to be refused becuase they are coming from a known SPAM source. Multiple calls have been placed to try and find out what they are doing to avoid these listings in the future and no calls have been returned. |
