I love the fact I get answered by true system engineers and not the run of the mill support tech. I had a bit of trouble with my mail, and these guys not only helped me but bumped up my Quota to allow me to clean out my mail as I was hit really hard by thousands of spam mails! Using ParagonHost's Enhanced spam / virus systems removed 95% of all that junk mail. These guys really do have a passion for there clients - Keep up the good work!

I have been with ParagonHost for 4 years now and I cannot even remember the last time my web site was out of service. Also there support systems in place are fantastic. It is great to be able to work with a "Business" class hosting provider. Keep up the good work!
