| Yep, non-existent tech support. Have been a customer for several years but my account was recently suspended without warning or explanation. I can't find out why because I can't log-in as they inexplicably reject my password. No support ticket response in four days despite "critical" designation. No phone number available to call. Nobody home... |

| Just want to echo what everyone else has said about the complete lack of support. I've had a billing problem for a month. In the past 4 weeks I've submitted four tickets trying to resolve the issue (even marked one of them 'Critical') and they have not responded to any of them. Now they've suspended my account, and the email telling me that included this line: "If you have questions regarding this email, kindly contact our billing department for further information." Suggest staying far, far away from this company. |

| I opened an account and was supposed to get my server info within 24 hours. 72 hours later and I still don't have any info from them. Tried to log a ticket but can't do that without my server info! What the? I stumbled accross this sight because I am trying to find a number. So far I would have to agree, their customer support sux! |

| One word. Terrible. I've tried to contact their support on several occasions, and had NO response. Going with them for me was a false economy. My advice, use someone else. |

I have had domains at peoplehost for at least five years now. I use them for less than critical sites and as a backup. I find them good but not great. I have never found a reason to dump them, however, which is more than I can say about a lot of other sites that offer more features at lower prices but always manage to flame out.
I rarely need support, but they have been there when needed, and the people are real. |
