| Planet Domain is THE WORST! They are holding two domains of mine hostage... I've contacted their support multiple times and jumped through hoops to regain access to my fully paid account all to no avail.... It's been weeks now and they haven't provided anything but canned responses that are useless. AVOID THIS COMPANY! |

Been with them for years - now transferring out. Their service is appalling. Minimum 2 days for a ticket response, usually 4-5 days. Console is appalling, many features don't work.
And they charge much more than most. |

First my host was PLANETDOMAIN but it was worst..on that time onwards i didn't trust any hosting companies then i heard about Unlimitedgb.com they told me to just use their demo account so i tried that..it was very great that i felt so...

Hosting is good until there is a problem and then the support is really bad.
Dont dare try to transfer your domain name to another registry or they really muck you around and make it all really difficult. |
