| PristineHost ignores "EVERY" email you send them. I have a reseller set up, and the invoice is due at the moment. Although there is nothing in the invoice, and everything says payed. The client area is bugged, and this is a rip off company. Think before you use them. |

Hello.
My opinion on Pristinehost:
No serious,
In the event of problem, not average them to contact and they directly never answer the email.
Pristinehost sends several invoices for the same month and suspends the Web site if all the invoices (even those in excess) are not paid.
It takes 6 days so that Pristinehost understands its error and give the site on line.
At the time of a request for transfer or request for laugh code, it is the same thing, not answer.
Choose another server if you do not want a problem.

I signed up to pristinehost and all seemed well until I got constant reminders to pay my bill weeks in advance of the due date. These were repeated everyday until the due date. I thought people paid bills on the due date, think again with pristinehost, they want your money weeks in advance or you will get spammed with constant reminders everyday.
I told them I didn't like to be spammed and then asked to close my account, only to find that they refused to close my account. So out of spite, every month I get an invoice to pay a bill for an account I don't use. I've asked them over and over and over to close my account but they choose to ignore my requests.
Tread carefully with this 2 bit company. |
