| I've been with PZ for 5 years now and not had any downtime except once, and even then it was only for an hour. I think thats pretty good considering how long I've been with them! |

| Overpriced. But that's nothing compared to the rudeness of staff. I've dealt with the owner (who handles support) on two separate occasions; each time he was very rude and condescending. He even refused to help me! I was only asking politely for basic assistance. I still can't believe how bad his attitude was. |
