I have tried many hosting companies before and I must say that softsyshosting is different. They make you feel special and very personal in working with you to resolve your issues. A great host with very good ethics. The support staff is manned for 24 hours and I usually get response from them in 30 minutes which is really great.
I will really recommend them. |

| softsyshosting has been very good. I was first reluctant in signing up with them but after interaction with Rick, I was firm and assured that my business is in good hands. Since then, I've not worried about my hosting. I haven't noticed any downtime since long and can vouch 100% uptime with quality servers. |

I don't think I have ever come across any hosting company as responsive as softsyshosting. Their support is well manned 24 hours a day. You can knock the door anytime and they'll be there for you. I am proud of hosting with them.

| When I moved from my old host (had a nightmare with them), I was the most frustrated person as I was losing my business like anything. I didn't expect much from softsys but I was amazed by the personal attention that I received from each of their support guys to help me setup my site with them. I was also given the direct phone number of their technical manage by their support executives. I must say that they have gone a step ahead in providing hosting services. I get only one word for them - F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C |

I have been with softsys for over 6 months now and they have been AMAZING. I must give full marks to the support team who is very friendly (thumbs up to Liz, Stuart, John & Kurt) as they are the most knowledgeable that I have found in my 13 years of experience in hosting websites with various well known companies.
