These guys skipped town on me. Go ahead, try to find spiralhost.com. They are gone, and so were my sites. Puff. Gone. The most I can tell is that they moved to India, but their site there does not work. But, they did manage to continue billing me. They had no problem with that.

The absolute worst web hosting company I have ever used. They have terrible customer service and do not even provide a toll free number for 24 hr contatc. You can wait days literally for them to resolve your problem. They Never honor their uptime guarantee and always have an excuse not to do so.
