I have been with ssWebhost for a couple of years. Overall the reseller package I have with the company is fine – pretty standard and only costs $9.99/month. The problem I have with this company is that they are unreliable, and they were NOT honest about their support availability. The server that holds my account has had at least 4 major crashes over the past two years. All four times the service was down between 5 and 14 days – this does not include the times it went down for a few hours. The worst part of this problem is that NO ONE from the company will contact you when your account goes offline! “Happy Support” is NEVER online for chats as stated on their home page! You have no idea when or if your service will be continued or if the company has gone out of business. There is NO 24/7/365 support and the new comment added to their website about 5 minute response time is bologna!
There are many other more reliable services. I would not recommend ssWebHost to anyone! Moving my account!!
