Since the company changed hands and they moved their servers off-site two years ago, I have had no small level of frustration trying to access my own account.
They have lost my web site files, been unable to provide me access to my own account and repeatedly provided copy-&-paste replies to my emailed support cries.
They are good at 'kicking-it-to-the-next-level', but in two years I've had no resolution despite dozens of emails tossed back and forth.
The only solution provided was to completely disable all web access.
These clowns are the strict definition of Epic Fail. I have to rely on them until my contract expires, but if I had any other option I wouldn't trust them to copy a file.

| An excellent company! They have always provided me with prompt, efficient and courteous service. They have helped with every single website design problem I have had regardless of whether it was related to their services or not. I highly recommend them. As the owner of many websites, they were the first company I tried, but not the last. Forget the lure of cheaper plans, they are worth every penny. And in response to the last reviewer about cancelling their toll free number, big internet company Go Daddy doesn't have one either (and CEO Bob Parsons has a very valid theory about not having one, none means it's any worse of a company.) |

| I've been a client of superwebhost for 5 years. Every month I have a problem with my webmail: it is usually down for a day. It has been getting worse, so I'm shopping for another host. |
