| they screwed me over. Told me they could not afford all my accounts and are teminating me based on tos violation that was not violated. They suck the big one. Went and got my own dedicated server. NO more of that bull crap EVER |

| Support is non-existent. I've had problems and i've emailed them, posted support tickets and left messages on their live chat. I have recieved no response to any messages! |

| They sold a bunch of accounts on eBay ... cheap. Then, when it was past the 30 days to leave feedback, and they had our money, they killed our accounts saying there was nothing they could do and that they would go out of business if they didn't dump us. And eBay did nothing about it! only one person left negative feedback because they dumped her too! And they were totally unprofessional and left her negative feedback out of (they admitted this) spite! And she had a perfect feedback record until then. These guys are a real joke! |

| I have tried thehosting101 but they have an almost non existing support. I've posted 3 tickets and in 4 (four !!!) days they answered only one and that with “We don't offer PHP5”. Also they don't respect the 30 day money back guarantee that they offer. |
