| My domain is expired. Thinktivity did not response to e-mails to assist the renewal. In fact, the phone is no longer active and Thinktivity domain is expired as well. What should I do to renew and keep my domain. Is Thinktivity responsible for it if I lost my domain? |

I have been with thinktivity for just over a year now. It was okay at first, but then in the past few months we've had periods of time when the server stops responding. I wrote to thinktivity's support numerous times, but they were slow in their replies. They did not seem to have a good reason for why it kept going wrong, and told me that because they have been down so much, they will give all their customers a month free.
Expecting a month free (hey, why would i think otherwise), I didnt pay my invoice that month. I got charged extra for not paying, and my account got suspended. After complaining, they let me have my month free, and yet again the server crashed. Only this morning have I gotten round to moving server. Thinktivity = 3/10 |
