I would rather shoot my own child before hosting with Trancehosting. Feel free to leave as many messages as you'd like on their voice mail. You might get a call sometime between hell freezing over, and your own death. I hate to sound so unhappy b but their service sucked! My site went down for hours at a time, they would arbitrarily suspend my account for no reason. Good for nothing.

| Absolutely the worst. They have the worst customer service I have every experience. Even the worst companies can put up a good front and good excuses but this company can't even do that right. You just keep leaving messages after messages with now replies from them. Then you just have to move to another host and then call you bank to ban them from billing you CC card, because you will never get a single reply. |

I currently have the Basic Plan. I use TranceHosting to host both my personal and business sites.
The service is simply fantastic. The cPanel has all the options I ever need, and the inclusion of Fantastico has made it a snap for me to install Gallery's, etc.
I have yet to access my site and find it down, so the uptime for me, at least, is superb.
In addition, the support is top notch. Any time I have had a question, I send an e-mail and usually get a response in a few hours.
Overall, I would recommend TranceHosting to anyone who needs a host, and I already have. |
