| Seems ULTRAsurge gets off insulting their customers. I contacted them about cancelling one of my domains, and when I pointed out the link they were directing me to doesn't exist, I got remarks like "Stop complaining", "Are you really that stupid", and "if you reply to our email we'll cancel all your domains." I told them to do just that and they did -- in 5 minutes!! Seems they really get off insulting their customers, its one of their little pleasures. But if you read the reports above, it seems that ULTRAsurge could be worse than just rude. |

The nastiest group of people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their idea of 'customer service' is getting in your face, taking your complaint, ripping it apart like a forum troll - and then ban you from their server - without the refund they promised.
Spend a few dollars more and give someone else your money. |

There wasn’t anything wrong with my site except its popularity
They terminated my account without giving prorata money they are not even kind enough to give me proper reason for the termination.
Only reason I did not go to court is I don’t live in US.

This provider looks like a big scam to me.(I wish I'm wrong)
They advertise very cheap bandwidth knowing that you don't use it.
when your site becomes popular they terminate your site without giving any prior notice and they don't give your money back they say your site taking more resources that violates their terms and conditions.
They operate everything very secretly, you cannot find their phone number to speak to them they don't respond to your emails or notices.
It really looks like scam to me.
They terminated my plain HTML website without giving my money back or a proper reason.
I even requested them to remove all my site content until I resolve the issue and they can terminate the site if the issue re-appears.
but no response from them as there is no real issue.

| I contacted them about a billing question, and they didn't respond until after my account got canceled. They refused to help me, and started calling me names. Seriously. Even during service there was slow speed, and periodic down time. |

| ULTRAsurge.com removed my website content and display their own advertisement 2 months before my subscription expire. I tried all methods to contact them and they just simply ignore. Very bad company. |
