have been with umbrahosting for awhile ,support is excellent uptime really good and we know in advance if server will be down for maintenance. I believe it wad a great choice moving to this host.

Very good host. Service is awesome. Replies go from instant to 5 hours as far my experience goes with support tickets.
Downtime is rare. |

Nice company, one of the best support teams I have seen in a while! Always respond to a ticket within 1 hour or there abouts.
Their support team are very helpful and will do anything they can to help. Really good for only $6 a month =] |

I am very impressed with this web hosts support team. With each question I get an email reply within an hour every single time.
I think perhaps it is because they are one of the smaller hosts. I haven't tried them out yet, but I think they will be my next choice.
They are also extremely helpful with any questions you may have, I highly recommend these guys.
And don't fret about the small bandwidth, even with their 25G hosting plan you will be able to serve around 1k visitors each day.
I see a lot of web hosts offering 15,000G bandwidth for $6 a month, all I can say is lol. |

| my site has only been down for maintenance reasons a couple times since i signed up. it's been reliable and email hosting works great. support can be a little slow during non-peak hours however they always respond and fix the problem the 1st time. |
