I've been with visionhead for about two years. Problems have been small. For example, they forgot to renew my domain registration last year, even though I pay automatically via credit card. That caused some gray hairs. Sometimes, access can be slow.
Support, however, has been very fast, with one recent exception. Using their emergency contact system, someone's usually on my site's case within 10 minutes or so.
Lately, however, they've suspended my account twice because they say we're using "too much resources."
I can't find any evidence of unusually high activity on my site. I have the second level service, and am not anywhere near by bandwidth limit.
After reading many of the reviews here, I'm beginning to think that, while visionhead is not perfect by any means, they're pretty good, considering the sad state of the competition. |
