Been using Web Panache since 1996. Only good things to say about then. Of course, some customers are simply to difficult to please and expect everything for free. They have to consideration for your time.

WebPan appaers to be a tiny brother and sister owned and operated outfit. Shannan Adamson (formerly DelSol) does the sales and administrative side. Christophe DelSol runs the technical end.
Christophe is sensitive. He can get emotional about simple tasks; then, charge an additional fee dfor services that are usually included in a hosting package. Sometimes it feels like he is holding your site hostage.
I became more concerned recently because Webpan dissolved its corporate status. They are now owned by Tucows, Inc which is in turn owned by another company. I am concerned that something is happening with the company. |
