| I left this company 3 years ago and they are still trying to bill me. They have no credit card on file and I closed all accounts properly. Ask yourself if they can't keep their house in order how will they keep yours. |

| Xeran used to be a very good company. They were great at customer service and technical support, but over the past year, I have been receiving some of the worst service from them I've ever had. My website will randomly stop working and as incredibly slow loading times. The bandwidth is no where near it's limit, nor my memory usage. Every request I've sent in so far.. the first one was closed without a reply of 'your main site works fine', when I told them specifically the main site was not the problem, so I reopened the ticket and got something else around the same idea from them, and then they closed it again. I opened it once more and started telling them I'm leaving if my problems are not properly address. They ignored me for 2 weeks. None of the problems are fixed and I've been moving my domain elsewhere. With no Xeran. |

| The deals listed on the left are OLD - their current plans a MUCH better! Their service was great in 2005 but we ran out of BW! |
